We will contact you and advise before proceeding with the repair. Certain models have no flat rate repair fee and must be estimated before quoting a price. In some cases, extensive damage, such as corrosion or burned circuit boards, is not covered by the flat rate repair fee. Non warranty and any expedited shipping fees (next day, 2nd day) will be billed to your credit card or shipping account. If you require overnight turn around, an expedited service is offered for a $35.00 additional fee. Typically, repairs are processed within 3 business days. Freight for non- warranty service repairs will be added to your invoice. Warranty repairs are shipped at no-charge. Your product will be returned to you via UPS ground. Include a note inside with your return address, contact information, and RMA number, along with a description of the problem or circumstances leading up to the abnormal operation of the unit.
